Privacy Notice — Early Access Waitlist

This notice explains how Huntomator handles personal information submitted through the early-access waitlist on this website. The waitlist is operated by the Huntomator team. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].

What we collect

When you sign up, we collect the email address you provide, the date and time of the signup, and a basic label indicating where the signup came from. To protect the form against abuse, our security provider may also process certain technical information about the request or browser.

How we use information

We use your email address to maintain the waitlist and, if you consent, contact you about Huntomator's beta access, availability, and launch updates. We do not use this waitlist to make automated employment decisions or sell submitted email addresses.

Your choice and rights

Joining the waitlist is voluntary, and your consent is requested before you submit your email. You may withdraw consent or request access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist information by emailing [email protected]. We will consider requests under applicable privacy laws.

Services and international processing

We use Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare D1 to run the website and store waitlist records. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated or abusive signups. Cloudflare may process technical information for security and fraud-prevention purposes. Read Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for more details.

Information may be processed or stored in countries different from your own. We may use an authorized email delivery provider to send launch communications when those communications begin.

Retention

We keep waitlist records while needed to manage beta access and launch communications, or until you ask us to delete them, subject to applicable legal obligations. The site does not currently offer account creation or process job applications through the waitlist.
